The Communauté de communes Territoire de Lunéville à Baccarat is a French public establishment for intermunicipal cooperation (EPCI), governed by the general code of local authorities. This administrative structure resulted from the merger of earlier intermunicipal bodies, as part of territorial reforms aimed at rationalizing the organization of local authorities and encouraging the pooling of resources among neighboring municipalities.
The territory covered extends along the Meurthe valley, between the foothills of the Vosges mountains and the Lorraine plain, combining a modest urban fabric centered on the two main towns with a set of rural and peri-urban municipalities.
