A “guided remediation” is a full exchange with Thomas about one domain: DNS reading, diagnosis, annotated action plan. The figures shown are INDICATIVE — they translate the included credits into an average usage. A simple domain consumes less, a complex one more; Thomas shows its estimate before each action and only charges what is actually used.

How AI credits work
Credits measure Thomas's usage, and your plan includes an allowance each month. Before each action, Thomas shows the estimate and asks “shall we go?” — nothing runs without your go-ahead, and you're billed only for actual usage, always at or below the quote. Credits power Thomas alone, your AI copilot — his explanations and generations. And the value isn't even close: a DMARC consultant runs hundreds of euros a day; Thomas brings that level of expertise for a few credits.
The included credits are usually enough
For the vast majority of accounts, the credits included in your plan comfortably cover a month of usage — Thomas is frugal, and a DMARC remediation only takes a few runs. The packs below are just for exceptionally busy months: day to day, you won't need to think about them.
