Binic-Étables-sur-Mer is a French municipality located in the Côtes-d'Armor department, in the Brittany region. It is a "commune nouvelle" (new municipality), formed through the merger of the former municipalities of Binic and Étables-sur-Mer, a decision made by their respective municipal councils in order to pool administrative resources and strengthen the territorial coherence of the coastal area concerned.
