How to fix it
Thomas, your AI-powered virtual CISO, finds every sender, writes the exact DNS, and walks your domain safely from p=none to p=reject.
What this means
- • No DMARC record published (_dmarc.<domain>). Receivers have no policy to apply.
- • SPF ends with ~all (softfail): acceptable while observing, aim for -all in the end.
- • At least one valid DKIM key published.
- • No MTA-STS (_mta-sts): inbound SMTP connections remain exposed to TLS downgrade. Recommended alongside DMARC.
- • No TLS-RPT (_smtp._tls): the TLS failures encountered by senders are not reported.

About Communauté d'agglomération - Cotentin
The Communauté d'agglomération du Cotentin is a French public body for intercommunal cooperation (EPCI) located in the Manche department, in the Normandy region. It was established on 1 January 2017 following the merger of several communautés de communes in the area together with the former urban community of Cherbourg, bringing together a wide range of municipalities spread across the Cotentin peninsula.
The territory covered by the Communauté d'agglomération extends over a large part of this Norman headland, stretching from the coasts of the English Channel to inland areas, and includes urban, coastal and rural zones. Its administrative seat is located in Cherbourg-en-Cotentin, the central town around which much of the territory's economic and institutional activity is organized. This organization is among the French intercommunal structures grouping a significant number of municipalities, making it a large-scale territorial management body at the national level.
As an EPCI, the Communauté d'agglomération du Cotentin exercises a range of responsibilities on behalf of its member municipalities and their residents. It is involved in economic development, spatial planning, housing management and urban policy, as well as in managing local public services such as water, sanitation and waste collection. It also contributes to organizing transport, supporting cultural and sports facilities, and promoting tourism across the territory. Its action aims to pool the resources of member municipalities in order to ensure coherence in the planning and development of the Cotentin area, while respecting the local specificities of each associated municipality. The lecotentin.fr website is the institutional site of the Communauté d'agglomération, presenting its missions, organization, news and the services offered to residents of the territory.
