Published record

v=DMARC1; p=none;

What this means

  • Policy p=none: monitoring only, no unauthenticated message is blocked.
  • No rua address: aggregate reports are not collected, which makes steering the hardening impossible.
  • At least one valid DKIM key published.
  • 1024-bit DKIM RSA key: still tolerated but below the state of the art — rotate to 2048 bits. (selector1 : 1024 bits)
  • No MTA-STS (_mta-sts): inbound SMTP connections remain exposed to TLS downgrade. Recommended alongside DMARC.
  • No TLS-RPT (_smtp._tls): the TLS failures encountered by senders are not reported.

About Communauté d'agglomération - Grand Sénonais

The Grand Sénonais Agglomeration Community is a French public establishment for intercommunal cooperation (EPCI), organized around the city of Sens, in the Yonne department, in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region. This administrative structure brings together several municipalities of the Sénonais basin, forming a coherent territory at the junction of urban and more rural areas, located in the northern part of the department, close to the Île-de-France region. The agglomeration results from the progressive evolution of local intercommunal cooperation, which saw various forms of municipal grouping succeed one another before reaching its current status as an agglomeration community. This legal transformation, part of broader French territorial reforms aimed at strengthening intercommunal cooperation, provided the territory with shared governance and expanded public action tools compared to previous structures, generally communities of municipalities. As an EPCI with its own taxation powers, the Grand Sénonais exercises a set of competences transferred by member municipalities, notably covering economic development, spatial planning at the community level, housing policy balance, urban policy, as well as management of certain facilities and services of community interest. Its action follows a logic of pooling resources and coordinating local public policies for the benefit of its member municipalities. The institution collaborates with other territorial authorities, notably the Yonne department and the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region, in implementing planning and local development projects. The website grand-senonais.fr is the official institutional portal of the agglomeration community, presenting its competences, organization, news, and practical information intended for residents and local stakeholders.
