The Communauté d'agglomération Lisieux Normandie is a French public establishment for intercommunal cooperation (EPCI), governed by the provisions of the general code of local authorities. It was established in 2017 following the merger of several pre-existing intercommunal structures in the Pays d'Auge area, as part of the reorganization of Normandy's intercommunal map. Its headquarters are located in Lisieux, the central town that gives its name to the entire territory.
Situated in the Calvados department, in the Normandy region, the local authority brings together several dozen municipalities clustered around Lisieux, covering a territory with a predominantly rural and peri-urban character typical of the Pays d'Auge. This intercommunal organization forms part of a network of living areas structured around a central town and its surrounding agricultural environment, known for its tradition of livestock farming and dairy production characteristic of Normandy.
