The Communauté d'agglomération Pays Basque, also known as Euskal Hirigune Elkargoa in Basque, is a French territorial authority classified as a public establishment for intercommunal cooperation (EPCI). It was created through the merger of several pre-existing intercommunal structures across the French Basque Country territory, located in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques department, within the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region.
